The administration reserves the right, for objective reasons, to replace the cottage indicated in the guest's request with another similar or higher comfort level.
Upon departure, it is necessary to inform the administrator at least 15 minutes before departure, hand over the cottage to the maid and make a full payment in the administration.
In case of damage to the property, the lessee compensates for the damage at his own expense in accordance with the contract.
Late check-out is paid in accordance with the tariff
One-storey cottage - 4500 tenge per hour.
Two-storey cottage - 5500 tenge per hour.
Cancellation is possible 7 days before the arrival date.
